gEDA-dev: [PATCH] Make WritePCBNetlistData() escape special characters

I posted a patch to pcb for this, but the person reporting the problem
never said if it worked for them.  Check the archives; if it works I
can apply it.  Then we'll have solved the problem on both ends ;-)
