Well, there are some of us who have already produced usable tools
that we've already GPL'ed, and we now, after the fact, would like
to squeeze some money out of them. We're no longer in a position
at this point to hold back a GPL release until donations come in.
But we are in a position to accept motivations to do some needed
but unpleasant tasks, or to provide personalized support/service,
etc. Hence the services slant to some of the suggestions that have
gone by on this list.
