gEDA-dev: fresh gaf build fails oddly for me (gettext related)

	For reference, I fixed this this past Wednesday.  I created
gschem/configure.ac.in which is processed to create configure.ac in
gschem's autogen.sh and the correct gettext version is put inside the 
configure.ac.  I will maintain this "workaround" for as long as gettext
0.15 lives.
