gEDA-dev: Another verilog simulator

It works.
Its better than iverilog for gate delays and the like, but I prefer 
iverilog for rtl.
cver is (was?) a massive single main c file, but you could find stuff.
Feels very verilog-XL to run it.

they seemed to be a bit more into directed bug fixes than opening the 
development. I think they sell a faster version which could push this.
