gEDA-dev: BUG in PCB geda.inc parts library

Hi,

The M4 macro definitions:

PKG_RECTANGULAR2N

and 

PKG_RECTANGULAR2

are missing from the M4 macros, and are necessary for the


PKG_BRE100... series of footprints.


Please could someone supply the definition of these macros ASAP, as this
breaks 12 symbols in the 'geda' PCB library.

I believe this problem was noted back in 2004, and hasn't yet been
addressed.
