Summary: gschemdoc needs variables quoting for cygwin

Initial Comment:
In the gschemdoc shell script, the variables $pdfreader and $browser need quoting on lines 86, 113 and 128 (eg "${browser}"). Otherwise, paths with spaces in, like "Program Files/Mozilla Firefox" commonly used in Windows don't work. A suggested quoted version taken from geda/gaf release 1.2 is attached. Tested OK on Linux and cygwin versions.
