Summary: libgeda: Give more feedback when fonts can't be loaded

Initial Comment:
Currently, when a font file for a given character can't be loaded (for whatever reason), the message given is:

"Could not find character 'X' definition."

It would be nice if the user was given a reason, e.g. bad permissions, doesn't exist, etc.
