Summary: Intelligent helper interface for attributes

Initial Comment:
In addition to the default list of attributes, we ought to be able to define scheme calls which can provide:

Auto-completion of a partially typed value
Validation of a typed value
Execution of a UI to assist the user in finding a value.

Eg.. for attribute name="footprint"

we might have a validator which cross-references the available footprints in PCB, and an assist UI which spawns PCB to select a footprint and return its name to gschem.

(Filing idea here for reference)
