Summary: Redundant code to close dialogs with "Escape" key

Initial Comment:
Gtk 2.4.? already has code which handles the ESCAPE key and synthesises a "delete" event.

This means we don't need various bits of code in gschem to manually check for the Escape key, unless we want to do something different on "delete" or "escape".

(We don't want to).
