Initial Comment:
The option (setpagedevice-orientation) doesn't do anything.  It is supposed to place an Orientation directive in the output postscript but setting it to enable or disable changes nothing in the postscript.  A grep for orientation produces nothing in the output postscript.

I've added a patch for f_print.c which puts in the %%Orientation directive.
