Summary: Auto-translate symbols

Initial Comment:
The necessity of translating symbols to the origin is a pain.

Forgetting to do so when creating a symbol is quite a common occurrence; it's confusing for new users; and it's quite easy to get it wrong (e.g. having the grid set wrong leading to off-grid pins).

It also limits where attributes can be placed around the periphery of the symbol.

Ideally, when loading a symbol, gschem/libgeda should make a "best-effort" attempt to auto-translate it in a way that will lead to least surprise.
