Summary: gschem: c + er should rotate the copy not the original

Initial Comment:
If er is pressed while a copy hovers at the mouse, the copy is discarded and the selection rotated. The intuitive behaviour would be to rotate the copy and leave the original untouched.

Along the same line: er while move with m is active, currently ends move node and places a rotated version of the selcetion at a place that might be far from the mouse. This can lead to "lost parts" far beyond the border of the current sheet. Suggestion, please rotate the hovering part with respect to the mouse and don't leave move mode.
