Summary: Enhance sort functions

Initial Comment:
This patch changes the sort function for refdes's so that the numeric portions sort numerically, while the alphabetical portions sort in dictionary order.  Also, the attribute list is sorted according to a list of certain attributes which go in a certain position, sorting the remainder alphanumerically.

Feel free to change the "certain_attribs" list before committing ;-)
