Summary: shortcuts for pagemanagement with german keyboard

Initial Comment:
The default shortcuts in gschem for pagemanagers "next" and "previous" are "shift greater" and "shift lesser". On a germany http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/QWERTZ keyboard, these keys reside on the same key. Its not possible to use them. Perhaps this should be changed...
