Both links to pkgconfig are currently:
http://www.freedesktop.org/wiki/Software_2fpkgconfig
Note the "_2f" between "/Software" and "pkgconfig".

The corrected link is:
http://www.freedesktop.org/wiki/Software/pkgconfig

However, the home page seems to have moved, so a better link would be:
http://pkgconfig.freedesktop.org/wiki
