Initial Comment:
It would be nice if, at startup, gattrib could notice rows that are the same (except for the refdes number, of course) and sequentially numbered, and collapse them into a single row.  That would help when you have, for example, dozens of bypass caps that are all the same,
and you want to change the manufacturer.
