Summary: Save dialog always offers "Discard changes"

Initial Comment:
Appears that all gschem save dialogs are presenting the
"Discard changes" button, which ought only be shown
when the save dialog is automatically offered when
closing a changed page.

It should not offer the "Discard changes" when the user
selects "File->Save" or "File->Save as"
