Summary: Patch to ignore '|' tags

Initial Comment:
Attached is a patch for convert_sym to ignore '|' tags
found in newer PADS versions. The '|' tag denotes some
kind of timestamp. Unless it is useful in gschem it may
better be ignored for now.
