Summary: Update symbol creation and attribute documents

Initial Comment:

The symbol creation guide and master attribute document to properly advocate light and heavy symbol creation.

Right now the docs are really geared only toward heavy symbols, but there should be equal mention of creation of light symbols.  Particularly when dealing with the device= and label attributes.
