Summary: gschemdoc additions for Mac OS X

Initial Comment:
This patch uses the Mac OS X "open" command by default,
which opens URLs and PDF files with the system default
browser or viewer.

The first diff block should only affect OS X systems.

The second block rewrites "file:/a/b/c" URLs to
"file:///a/b/c", which I am pretty sure is the
canonical syntax anyway. This is needed for "open", and
should not present a problem for Mozilla-based browsers.

Patch is against 20061020 tarball.
