Summary: gschem should display schematics after window maximize

Initial Comment:

* Run gschem and load up a bunch of schematics
* Maximize the gschem
* Notice that all the schematics are not showing view
  extents.

gschem should automatically zoom extents or make the 
schematics drawn correctly when the window is maximized.
