gEDA-announce: TCLSpice

TCLspice is a version of NGspice compiled as a shared object, that
provides simulation capability to TCL programs.

It used to be a separate project. Now it returned to NGspice. The new
version can be downloaded on NGspice Sourceforge page for the moment.
