gEDA-announce: gEDA/gaf 20060123 source tarballs released

I am pleased to announce the release of gEDA/gaf 20060123.  I'll write
up release notes later.  Please test and report any issues to the geda-dev
list.  Thanks.

For any serious issues found, I will issue patches or respin.  I might
provide a single master tarball for this release, but I haven't finalized
that yet, but for now it is the usual tarballs.
