On Mac, I use py2app. On Windows I use py2exe and InnoSetup. My new game uses PyOpenGL, and that seems to have messed up InnoSetup. At least py2exe builds a dist folder that can be zipped and given to testers. Still have to figure out how to make a real PC installer.
