Doh, ok, sorry folks, LOL, false alarm........some folks in the chat room were kind enough to straighten me out on my misconception of some Python basics. :) That is, when doing a = b, a is not a new object (just a reference to the old object) unless b is immutable.......and lists are mutable. :) -Matt Bailey
