Apache 1.3.6

-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-----

Was released yesterday. No word yet on mod_ssl, mod_php, or mod_perl
which generally require upgarades to work with new versions of Apache.
Generally they come out a day or two later.

1.3.6 is mostly bug fixes, a few specific to Linux and security (buffer
overflows). I'll upgrade once the mod_perl and mod_php modules are
available for 1.3.6
