SEUL IRC Down, I've got a solution

Looks like cran's IRC server is down, and with Roger gone for the weekend,
who knows when it will go back up. Hence I offer the following solution:
use Vicinity's internal IRC server for our needs. Here's what you do:

telnet 207.238.135.1 259
user: linuxkb
pass: mandrake

Don't close this telnet session until you're ready to quit! Once the
telnet session closes, the firewall will prevent further connections.

then:

irc server: 207.238.135.173
port: 6667
channel: #linuxkb

Hope to see you there.
