Nope, it's a pretty open license.  Open source, allowed to make changes
(as long as you give back to RSA), etc.  The only real limiting factor is:

"The Program may not be used directly for revenue-generating purposes."

Nope, it was developed by RSA in California, and since it is "strong
encryption" (sic) it falls under ITAR and therefore non-exportable...
yadda yadda yadda.

That was my intention.  Definately not general stuff (we don't have that
many extra CPU cycles!)
