This means the commit script is not running for you.  Log in to the box and do
a:

/home/cvsadm/scripts/linuxkb-devupdate

I will run it now so that your data is good for now at least.

This is apparently a bug in CVS, however I have been told about a workaround,
hopefully I will get it fixed today.
