Log Message:
Completed bit manipulation for streams, modified the way streams are sent
slightly (a frame is no longer sent as many packets with a packet count).
Added the gtcSGNode type, which is a union of all the MetaGfx types, to
make casting easier. Cleaned up a leak (xformdestroy wasn't freeing
the memory). Ref counting is in for the scene graph. Non-tree scene graph
should be streamed properly now (untested). Tweaked some signal handlers
in glxdemo -- still not perfect but it's getting better.
