gEDA-dev: Progress update on moving component selector (patch url)

Hi,

This isn't finished yet... I've got a segfault when closing, then
re-opening the component selector, but for now I thought I'd post the
patch URL incase anyone was interested to see its general contents. Will
fix the segfault on monday!

I've removed all pre GTK2.4 file-chooser code, along with some of the
#defines in libgeda, such as SAVEAS_NONE, SAVEAS_NEW.. etc... which were
not used.

Remaining are "OPEN", "SAVEAS", "SAVEAS_CLOSE", as these types actually
have a bearing on the file-chooser's appearence. The file-chooser code
still actually implements the page close when called with
"SAVEAS_CLOSE", which is fairly nasty in my opinion.
