Are there any free/open-source options out there to convert
CIF (Caltech Intermediate Format) files into GDS-II databases ?
Google didn't reveal any, so I was hoping someone would know
on this list.
BTW: any reason why Magic [1] (the layout tool) isn't listed
and/or mentioned in the tools section on geda.seul.org ?
