Hi All,
Attached is a much improved version of the Gschem Tools Menu,
"gsch_tools_menu_v0_0_3.zip" which I had previously shown to
everyone in geda-dev. Here is part of the README file.

A) "gsch_tools_menu_v0_0_3.zip" package summary:
This package includes the following main features with example:
1) A generic "Gschem Dynamic Scripting Tools Menus" support
(using gsch-tools-menu.scm) to enable gEDA/gaf users to write
scripts
quickly and easily to develope stock or custom Gschem tools menus
for
"Schematic Driven" interfaces to various downstream EDA tools. Toolssub-menus can be dynamically scripted and loaded during run-time in a
Gschem session. An example runtime loable tools script menu file (example_user_tools_submenu.scm) is included for demonstration.2) A "Schematic driven Verilog design/simulation" tools menu, including an updated Verilog netlister to support automatic testbench nestlist and
test-vector template generations. It demonstrates a complete Verilog design/simulation flow from schematic, automatic testbench andtest-vector-template generation, netlisting, Verilog compile/Simulation to GTKWave waveform display. A Verilog design example is included for
demonstration.3) A "Schematic to Hierarchical Symbol Generator" tools menu, including an updated "geda_sch2sym.bsh" script. It allows the user to generate a
hierarchical symbol from 1 or more schematics representing the samehierarchy. It can also be useful as a general purpose Box type symbol generator. The same Verilog design example is used for demonstration.
-------------------------------------------------------------------- Comments and suggestions are very welcome and appreciated. Best Regards, Paul Tan
