gEDA: Long command line flags added to gnetlist

Following up the recent thread on geda-user, I updated gnetlist to be
able to parse long command line flags.  Please update your local
copies from CVS and try it out.  

I am particularly interested in hearing from non-Linux users (Dan?)
since I tried to set things up so that non GNU/Linux unicies would
work.  However, I couldn't test my work, so I can't gauarantee my
code's correctness.
