gEDA: Beta testers -- New CD ROM available! Please test!

Greetings gEDA beta testers --

Now that Ales has spun a new gEDA/gaf release, I have created a new CD
ROM of the gEDA Suite.  It holds the same apps as the old one, but 
with bugfixes (hopefully) and updated versions of your favorite EDA
applications.  I have also incorporated some small suggestions from
folks at the Free Dog meeting [1].

If you wish to beta test the CD ROM, please go to:

http://www.brorson.com/gEDA/

and download the .iso image.  Then install it in the usual way.  

I am interested in hearing about any installation problems you might
experience.  Therefore, if you have a problem, please report:

*  Your Linux distribution & any special customizations you've made.
*  Nature of problem.
*  Installation logfile.  That is, please run the installer with the 
   --log flag set.

Also, if you have success installing via the CD, please also let me
know, and please also tell me your Linux dist.

If all goes well, I wish to upload the .iso image to the main gEDA
download site in a week.  Please do your beta testing before then!

Thank you for your help!  If everybody participates in testing, then
the gEDA Suite becomes more stable, useful, and mature for everybody!

[1]  Thanks, John!  I put the env settings at the end panel.  I didn't
implement the other suggestions due to lack of time.  :-(
