gEDA-dev: gEDA/gaf release?

Hi,

All of my free time has been consumed for the past few months on
various life related things, so the upcoming code sprint/cookout this
coming Sunday will be the first opportunity I will have to do
something on gEDA/gaf in a while.

So, how about I make a 1.5.0 developer snapshot?  The choices are:

1) Before the code sprint starts (or near the beginning)

-or-

2) After the code sprint completes

Any preference?  I can do either, though I think that after will be easier.
