If you mean a table of all permitted dependency symbols, then that's a really
bad idea because it would be (a) huge and (b) totally impossible to maintain.
If you mean a list of dependencies and versions we seek to support, then there
is one which is version-controlled and automatically synchronised to the
state of the source tree: the configure.ac files. These are, contrary to
popular belief, human readable.
