gEDA-dev: pre-cvs "noscreen" work

Hi,

I've pushed the work I've done on the "noscreen" branch which I've not
got ready for CVS yet to repo.or.cz.

For some reason, I'm not able to change the HEAD tag, so you you'll need
to navigate and click on the branch I'm actively working on,
precvs-noscreen_mergetest3b or go to:

http://repo.or.cz/w/geda-gaf/noscreen.git?a=shortlog;h=precvs-noscreen_mergetest3b

The head, "cvs-noscreen" is where the CVS "noscreen" branch ends, and my
local work commences. I've only committed what I believe to be working
code to CVS, which means outward behaviour should be unchanged for each
checkin.

There are a few patches which aren't applied in git, or CVS yet, many of
which concerning the correct way to cache screen coordinates. (The jury
is still out on that issue).

A further note: checkins as "Peter Clifton" are in git, checkins as
"pcjc2" are in CVS. The "graphiclog" would show that nicely, but it
doesn't appear to work for forked sub-projects at the moment.

"commitdiff" is a useful link to push!
