gEDA: New commit scripts for CVS

Hi,

For those of you subscribed to the geda-cvs mailing list, I have
implemented a new set of commit scripts which should:

	1) Get rid of all those darn annoying deprecated string usage
	   warnings.

	2) Provide more verbose diff information as well as a link into
	   ViewCVS.
