gEDA-dev: Some patches applied to gaf CVS.

Hi,

I finally caught up on some of the pending patches that I have been
wanting to apply before I spin the next release of gEDA/gaf:

[ 1527418 ] Make preview-widget resizable and respond to scroll events
[ 1527383 ] Zoom using mouse scroll-wheel
[ 1531802 ] Bugfix for segfault when adding a global attribute
[ 1533822 ] gschem: Tidy up gtk_widget_show calls
[ 1533798 ] Remove pre-GTK2 code from geda
[ 1534089 ] libgeda: bugfix for segfault when loading corrupted file
gEDA-dev: [patch] Stock GTK icons in Gschem
gEDA-dev: [patch] keyboard panning support
Checked in new po file from Michele Petrecca
Checked in new po file from Antonio Neto

All of these patches were quite good, primarily because they target one
specific bug/feature.  Thanks to all for the patches PeterC, PeterB, and
TomazS.  I think I still have some other random things to catch up on
before I do the next release, but at least I'm past all these patches.
