Not a rewrite. Just one new variable with this setting somewhere and a
single new "fprintf" in the function that prints postscript prolog.
Anyway, I can make the patch myself once your new print dialog is in the
CVS.

I'm sorry, I got confused a bit. Somehow I thought that pressing that
"Save as" button actually writes the file and that the "Print" button
only works for sending the output to the printer.

Now I checked this more carefully and I see that the "Save as" button
only serves to select the destination and that the file is actual
written when you press the "Print" button. Now your placing of the
buttons makes perfect sense.

I've also checked the GTK print dialog and it indeed works in the same
way. I still think that a better label would be something like "Browse"
instead of "Save as", but then I guess it is best to follow the GTK dialog.

On the other hand I would still suggest that you make the "File" and
"Command" text entries editable. Even if you can use the file selection
dialog I guess some of us still like to write the path by hand.
"Command" entry is also kind of useless if you can't edit it.

Again, sorry for the confusion.
