gEDA: PCB PS manual bad pages

Hello

I have discovered that the same issue with bad page numbers has not only
the PDF copy of the PCB manual, but also the PS copy.

I clearly remember I have seen lots of PS files that when viewed by gv offer
page numbers like -6, -5, -4, -3, -2, -1, 1, 2, 3 etc. and the page number in
the left column in gv is the same as on the page itself.

However it's not a case of PCB PS manual because the page numbers in PCB
PS manual as displayed by gv start from 0 and selecting page 60 yields page
56 as well as with the PDF manual.
