gEDA: next SAVANT prereleases available

I'm pleased to announce the next batch of prereleases of savant, tyvis, and
warped are available. Here are a few of the improvements over the last
series:

savant:
- the library_manager class no longer contains data specific to a parser,
  meaning it can be shared by multiple parser classes all operating with
  different "work" directories.

- other various and sundry bug fixes

warped:
- now compiles with g++ 3.0

- new "eclmpl" communication infrastructure for easier support of new
  communication libraries

- other small bugfixes

tyvis:
- now compiles with g++ 3.0

- VHDL marking used to occur by replacement of warped output queues with
  tyvis's own special output queue. When we moved to the new warped
  architecture, this no longer worked. This release of tyvis makes marking
  completely transparent to warped, which means:

This is the first release of the 2.0 series with support for parallel
simulation of VHDL. Consider this highly experimental, and know that there
are probably still lots of bugs to be found.
