gEDA: icarus Verilog Snapshot 20010826

This is the first snapshot after the 0.5 release. The release has
generated a few bug reports, but otherwise has been holding up pretty
darn well.

This snapshot contains some performance improvements for the core
compiler, as well as new support in the vvp code generator for bit
selects in assignment l-values. Anyhow, here are the release notes.
Pretty short.

Release Notes for Snapshot 20010826

This snapshot includes some performance improvements and internal
rewiring for the handling of assignment l-values. Compiles should run
a little faster, now.

The vvp backend also gains support for assignment to bit-select
l-values. Up until now, only constant bit selects were supported. Now
general bit selects work.
