RE: gEDA: gEDA-gaf Install Program for Windows
Hi Gus and all,
I just downloaded and installed the windows Installer and it looks OK, I was
able to load a symbol from one of the symbol directories.
I tried this at work and I shouldn't been able to install on the C: drive,
because of security blah blah I have (supposedly) no write permission on
this drive (only on D:).
Is there any checking for permissions done (I'm not the supervisor of the NT
workstations I'm working on (I'm not ROOT in clear and understandable
language)).
The Uninstall seems to work OK as well (who wants to know ?).
Kind regards,
Bert Timmerman.
BTW: I stick to the linux distro at home ;-)
