RE: gEDA: RPMs for gaf
Hi Wojciech (and all),
I gave it a try yesterday and stumbled upon gschem.
First gschem complained that I didn't have nowave (of the noweb package)
which should be noweave (typo!) and then said that no documents were put in
the rpm.
I tried to install the noweb-2.8a-4.i386.rpm which complained about the
dependency of "icon" that should be installed.
Then looked for an icon-rpm (not on rpmfind.com et al).
Looked at the noweb-2.8a-4.src.rpm which contained a tarball with an icon
subdirectory.
Tried to make a new rpm for noweb with (and without) icon included, which
didn't compile and package.
So at this moment I'm stuck, next try is scheduled for this evening.
BTW your spec files work ok, and I was able to make a working spec file for
geda-utils (the last in the install order).
Kind regards,
Bert Timmerman.
