gEDA: iverilog/tgt-edif update


 tgt-edif CVS has some new code

 http://volodya-project.sf.net

   * Support for multiple architectures
   * First take at supporting Xilinx Spartan II FPGAs
      - produces output that edif2ngd.exe does not
        complain about (I don't have the hardware to 
        further test it)

 Do you want tgt-edif to support your favorite architecture ?
 The support is not hard to add - take a look in the README 
 file for instructions.
