	Not all of DRC into gnetlist, just some simple sanity things.
I do like to keep things simple though, but a few checks, if done 
correctly, shouldn't be too bad.

	Yes, I'm away of some of the issues with heterogenous parts,
those need to be handled very carefully.  I did work out something
that will be able to tell the difference, if I find it, I'll post it.
