gEDA-dev: gschem feature request: gschem should warn on unseved return from symbol

This is the first of a couple of bug, warts and feature request that have 
assembled in my zim note book. I submit them to the bug tracker in 
parallel.

Changes to symbols are lost if you do "go up" without a save. Most 
probably this is not the desired behavior. gschem should issue a warning 
if the user tries to go up from a changed symbol without save. I'd 
suggest to use the same dialog as on unsaved exit.
