I took the liberty of modifying the index.html page a bit, so the
grammar was clearer. (And I removed a few typos.)

I think the biggest difference is a change in the name -- 'Refer'
changed to 'Refers'. This is clearer to me... you may wish to change
it back, though.
I left the old index.html at index-old.html
